| 1979 | Founding and official registration of Golf-Club Main-Taunus e.V. as a golf club. Building permit for erection of an 18-hole golf course with bird sanctuary’s, public green spaces and hiking paths for re-cultivating the old gravel pit. |
| 70er Jahre | On the grounds of a gravel pit, a new golf course is planned by golf course architect Dr. Bernhard von Limburger. Plans call for a golf course in a superior location in the Rhein-Main and Taunus areas. |
